How HR Admin blocks a user account

HR Admins can update or block user accounts individually or in bulk.

As the HR Administrator, go to the&nbsp;<b><i>Self Service Portal&nbsp;&nbsp;</i></b>on<b><i>&nbsp;</i></b>the main CiviHR dashboard. This take you to the Self Service Portal Page.<br><br>Click <b><i>SELF SERVICE PORTAL</i></b><br>

From the Self Service Portal Page, go to the&nbsp;<b><i>Cog icon</i></b>&nbsp;and click on&nbsp;<b><i>Manage Users</i></b><br>

For this tutorial, we are blocking an individual user. <br>Check the box next to the Username of the staff. Notice that the status is still 'active'<br><b><i><br></i></b>

Click on the drop down arrow to select from the list of <b><i>Update Options</i></b>.<br><br>Choose '<b><i>Block the selected users'</i></b>

Click <span class=""><i><b>Update</b></i> to block the selected user.</span>

The message;&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>The update has been performed&nbsp;&nbsp;</b></i>is displayed.</span>

Notice that the staff status has been changed to <b><i>blocked</i></b><i></i><b><i></i></b><i></i>.
