Components of CiviHR

1. Staff Profile

Store all relevant information about your staff including their contact details, job contracts (with effective dates for new revisions and changes), job roles, medical information, eligibility to work and other essential records. CiviHR is flexible, allowing you to add and remove fields as required. All changes are tracked and recorded for easy future reference.

2.Reports and Dashboards

Create interactive pivot table reports and charts within seconds with our drag and drop tool, or by clicking on your saved reports. HR can create reports on Headcount, FTE, Joining and Existing staff, and Absence. These reports can then be shared with other members of the team.

3. Tasks and Reminders

CiviHR helps you manage onboarding and exiting staff members using our Tasks and Workflows module. Once you have assigned internal tasks, staff can review due dates, notes and attachments on their Self Service Portal Portal (SSP). You can also send automated emails and schedule tasks for the new joiners to receive when they start.

4. Leave and Absence

The comprehensive Leave and Absence module helps you to calculate and pro rata leave entitlements for flexible workers, full time and part time staff. Staff request leave from their Self Service Portal, and can attach any documents or add comments for their manager. Managers can view calendars and reports of all staff whose leave they approve.

4. Recruitment (ATS)

HR can create new vacancies or use a saved template to post jobs both internally and externally. They can also assign activities, schedule interviews, send emails and record notes on applicants.

5. Self Service Portal

Each staff has a login to their own Self Service page, where they can apply for leave, edit their contact information, check internal job vacancies and view the organisation's directory. When HR uploads a document or assigns a task to a staff member, this will appear on their portal and can be accessed anytime, from the office or remotely.
